I wonder how much of the 'aid' we send to Mexico ends up in the pockets of drug cartels.

It's uncertain if that refers to physical or mental. Hard to imagine what sickness would cause everyone but 1% or so to go to the hospital. Maybe those who would not are people that already have access to hidden cures. If the reason is mental breakdown, the 1% might be those like us who have had time to become aware of this madness and would not have a total nervous breakdown.
