Excellent! I missed your earlier post. I think a simple "Who is Q?" in a "Who is John Galt?" or a Joker "Why so Serious?" style font would be a good start.

Also, I don't know him personally, but the street artist Sabo (unsavoryagents on twatter) is amazing at this stuff & I'm sure would take a commissioned job to put up some Qanon street art.
