The danger level will be when an A.I. is considered a real person, similar to the way how now Human beings are considered a corporation and/or lower than cattle.

Billions and Millions of little A.I. personas will be running around in the digital mainframe world.

You will have to interact with a persons A.I. persona because nobody knows how to talk, read, and write anymore, so they let the A.I. handle it for them.

Just like social media stopped people from hanging out, or going out just to meet somebody, now most just do the social media thing.

It changed (destroyed) the culture.

There are always repercussions when you try to alter and change society to a design that is not meant to be played out.

They wont be stopped by any governing force, it will be up to the people to not accept it, and destroy it before it destroys humanity.
