I thought so, I did a lot of 1st Amendment work here regarding that but when I look at this appeals video I saw something else going on about hypertheticals, creating rules, clear and present danger, and repeat causation which seems to be up for debate still or is that an old video and case is closed? Because I am wiling to clarify thoughts on this to them ammo to fight these misconceptions but if it is settled then I will abstain.
