Seeing all the notables about things like Pfizer getting sued reminds me of something I thought when claims were made about "adulteration" of COVID injections. I'm not very familiar with pharmaceutical manufacture, but I think we may discover that "biologics" should be considered not patentable due to poor ability to repeat/standardize processes. Anyone know anything about this?
