Claims Against Defendants:
Defamation and Defamation Per Se: TMTG asserts that the defendants knowingly spread lies about the company, specifically the $73 million loss, which has harmed TMTG’s reputation and business prospects in Florida, where it is based. TMTG argues that these statements constitute defamation per se because they damage the company's financial reputation​
Injurious Falsehood: TMTG accuses the defendants of making false statements that have directly impacted its business, claiming that these assertions were intended to cause harm to TMTG's reputation, financial standing, and its potential merger with DWAC​
