A mailman was held up and his key was stolen. The thief had one key, but access to many street mailboxes, checks were reportedly stolen. Why did this happen, why not change all the locks right away?
It has now been a few years since this mail key theft. I still put checks in the post office box, to be sure it is not stolen.
