And the Constitution says that a POTUS must be a Natural Born Citizen. Meaning that the person's parents are US citizens at the time of their birth. Not WHERE a person is physically born.

The 14th amendment written after the Civil War should not be used to determine something that was written into the Constitution nearly 100 years prior to the Civil War.

The 14th amendment was written to address the citizenship of freed slaves, who prior to the Civil war were not considered to be US citizens. Hence all of that 3/5th compromise that the South wanted, to get the right to have more Congressional Reps.

The 14th amendment is bastardized when used to claim that anchor babies are US citizens.
