I doubt a charging decision was made already. I suspect he was processed and released. I would surprised if charges are filed in the glass-jawed antifa case. They might punt and call it mutual combat. However, it is more accurately a self-defense case as antifa brandished a felony-level instrument and one-punch defended with only his fists.
