agreed, since BO is so against namefagging and the BAKERS don't want ID you'd think some form of direct public rebuke of the maple fungicide's continued namefagging would have occurred by now.

Quis custodiet ipso custodes?

>People like him are the exact reason why bakers should never have trips.

I am forced to agree anon, however this leaves us with no way to vet the bakers.

BO's offer sounds sounds no different than the system we had the system that allowed the fuckery in every 3rd or 4th bake

'we'll keep an eye on it for you '

This 'solution' lacks transparency and will allow fuckery to occur again if there is even 1 more BV that has the same problems as the leaf had.

>like >>1995230 great meme.

That meme is not usable for a billboard

using a disney character is 'verboten' I didn't think about it until after I had posted it in response to that anons offer

after the bake

no way to know if that baker steps up again

I wonder how people would feel if I offered to give the password to /comms/ to the 1st anon who asked for it…

I am quite frustrated with this whole situation I see no good solution.

However I gain hope from a systems analysis standpoint as I'm not really sure it will make much difference whatever is done or not done.

It seems to me that the way things work in this chaotic anti-chaos mindmeld a certain amount of noise and resistance seems necessary to proper functioning of it.

I think the bland sameness of constant consistency would lull many anons into complacency. the occasional fuckery might actually be needed to keep anons on their toes so to speak.

>HOW DO WE GET/TRAIN MORE BAKERS?

the copy / paste part is easy

updating the Q posts not hard

the hard part is the editorial discretion and critical thinking required to decide what is and what isn't notable

The main problem is that this format isn't scalable

we cannot scale this up much more

if a bread only lasted 15 minutes no human would be able to keep up

it will happen soon as the influx of curious newcomers arrive…

it worked well at 5 posts per minute

it barely works at 25 posts per minute

it will not work if we hit 60 and above
