If I were Cabal, I'd assign a team to disrupt 4chan but only one man to disrupt 8kun/qresearch. No need to have two people read through all this.
He'd run AI agents during his downtime, trained for positive reinforcement on two metrics: posts not deleted and replies received. Spamming memes without text is easily within bot capabilities.
He can develop various conflict themes and have the agents argue them. Effectively the board can be controlled by sliding it whenever a threatening topic arises. The goal is to ossify /qresearch/ into a conservative defensive position that cannot adapt and respond without Q's active guidance, allowing the Cabal freedom to evolve against a static enemy.
In my opinion, your only chance of combating this threat is to institute a difficult CAPTCHA like /pol/'s. This actually functions as an IQ test; stupid people will take much longer to solve it, and be incorrect more often, while smart people will quickly learn the pattern and trivialize it. This will force the Cabal to dedicate more (and better) human resources to suppressing the board, while allowing qresearch to focus its attention more directly on the Cabal agents, without the noise of various lunatics, idiots, etc.
I realize qresearch isn't capable of implementing this change for the reasons mentioned, but telling people they're wrong is its own reward.
