Joe Biden’s stolen classified documents scandal is much worse than we thought.

Robert Hur, the special counsel investigating Joe Biden’s stolen classified documents is not expected to bring criminal charges, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Rather, the special counsel will release a report on his investigation.

At least 5 White House aides, including former White House Counsel Dana Remus were involved in Biden’s classified documents scandal.

Biden also stored classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter had access to the sensitive materials.

Nine boxes of documents were taken from Joe Biden’s lawyer’s Boston office and we have no idea what is in those boxes because the National Archives is covering up for Biden.

Joe Biden’s protectors in the mainstream media have long argued that he shouldn’t be charged because unlike Trump, he ‘cooperated with the National Archives’ and immediately handed over all requested documents.

Of course, this argument is absurd. Trump cooperated with the National Archives and as a former US president, he had every right to store presidential records at his Florida residence.

Furthermore, the question isn’t whether Biden supposedly ‘cooperated’ with NARA (he didn’t). He committed a crime when he stole classified documents and improperly stored them.

Joe Biden STOLE highly classified documents from a SCIF while he was a US Senator and Vice President. He had no right to store any classified material at his home or the Penn Biden Center.

Not only did Biden steal SCIF-designated documents and improperly scatter them everywhere, evidence shows he likely used them to provide classified briefings on Ukraine to his son/bagman Hunter Biden.

It also appears Biden is hiding documents from NARA.

Kari Lake Files Bombshell Reply Brief in Election Fraud Lawsuit Exposing Maricopa County’s Lies – Moves That The Court Sanction Maricopa County

Kari Lake filed a new reply brief in the Arizona Supreme Court on Monday, calling Maricopa County out on their lies and asking the court to sanction County attorneys.

The Gateway Pundit has reported extensively on the evidence of illegalities presented in Lake’s lawsuit. Newly discovered evidence shows that machine failures affecting tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of voters on election day were likely caused by intentional misconduct. Untested and misconfigured machine settings, printer settings, and ballot paper sizes utilized by Maricopa County caused machines at 60% of voting locations to fail on the day that Republicans turned out 3:1 to vote for Kari Lake and Republican candidates.

This caused massive lines and wait times for primarily Republican voters. Tens of thousands of voters, some of whom waited in line for hours, placed their ballots in the mysterious “door #3” to be allegedly counted off-site later. It is unclear how many Kari Lake voters decided just not to vote.

Kari Lake recently filed a Motion for Transfer in the Arizona Supreme Court, urging the court once again to consider “extraordinary new evidence presented in Lake’s motion for relief from judgment,” which was filed in May 2023. The new Motion for Transfer is based on “Maricopa’s admissions in its Answering Brief filed on October 25, 2023,” state Lake’s attorneys.

Still, Maricopa County falsely argues, “[a]bsolutely nothing has happened since the prior denial which would change the result of this Petition.”

In the October 25 filing, “Maricopa implicitly or affirmatively admitted it did not conduct its county L&A testing on its 446 vote-center tabulators on October 11, 2022 (the only announced day for statutory L&A testing) or after it replaced the memory cards,” argue Lake’s attorneys.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Maricopa County submitted a response to Lake’s Motion on Friday, claiming that tabulators were working exactly as intended and misrepresented the law to justify their sham Logic and Accuracy testing, which is meant to ensure that votes are tabulated correctly.

ake’s attorneys contend that “Maricopa misleadingly cites Arizona law mandating the Secretary of State (“SoS”) to conduct L&A testing and ignores Arizona law mandating the county to conduct its own L&A testing. There are certificates for each.”

This is in response to Maricopa County’s recent admission that they did not test all tabulators with the reprogrammed software installed and used after logic and accuracy testing. Instead, Maricopa claims that the “final Election Program” passed the Secretary of State’s logic and accuracy testing, and that was enough to install the program on tabulators without public notice or testing to certify that machines accurately read and counted votes!

In doing this, they cite the law and requirements for the Secretary of State’s portion of logic and accuracy testing, which does not apply to Maricopa County. The Elections Procedures Manual clearly states that logic and accuracy testing must be conducted by counties on “all voting equipment prior to each election.”

Mike Pompeo-linked Ukrainian company likely to be sized – Zelensky aide

The co-owner of Kyivstar, Russian billionaire Mikhail Fridman, has been sanctioned by Kiev

Kiev is still planning to seize the country’s largest mobile service provider, Kyivstar, a senior Ukrainian government official has said. Former CIA director and US secretary of state Mike Pompeo is on the company’s board of directors.

The mobile carrier is owned by the Dutch-headquartered telecom giant Veon, in which a majority share is held by LetterOne, a company co-founded by a group of Russian businessmen sanctioned by Kiev. There is an ongoing legal battle in Ukraine for the assets of Mikhail Fridman, Pyotr Aven and Andrey Kosogov, including part of Kyivstar.

Rostislav Shurman, the point man for economy in the office of President Vladimir Zelensky, said the probability of Kyivstar being seized by the government was “high” when asked about the firm by the Ekonomicheskaya Pravda business news website.

“Relevant services are now studying the present legal situation,” he said, but declined to predict whether the entire company or just the part owned by LetterOne would be affected.

Last month, a court in Kiev arrested 99.9% of Kyivstar at the request of the Prosecutor General’s office. A week later, the order was amended to limit the arrest to just 47.85% of the firm, with the court blaming a “typo” in the government’s original request.

The part of the interview with Shurman in which Kyivstar was mentioned related to a program that he oversees for the privatization of confiscated property.

Veon announced that Mike Pompeo was joining Kyivstar as “an independent non-executive director” last week. He was a member of the US House of Representatives before becoming a prominent member in the administration of President Donald Trump – first as a spy chief and later as the country’s top diplomat.

Pompeo has no background in telecommunications, but used to co-own an aerospace firm in the US and later headed an oil equipment manufacturer before pursuing a political career.

In fact, a brand new study from the Federal Reserve has discovered that the bottom 80 percent have “lower bank deposits and other liquid assets compared to their status in March 2020”…

As of June, the bottom 80% of households by income, when adjusted for inflation, had lower bank deposits and other liquid assets compared to their status in March 2020. The decline marks a significant shift from the initial phases of the pandemic, where various factors, including government financial support and restricted spending opportunities during lockdowns, led to an accumulation of excess savings.

In other words, the vast majority of all Americans have been getting poorer.

Meanwhile, the rich have just kept on getting even richer…

The Federal Reserve, along with Bloomberg calculations, identified a rapid drawdown of these excess savings, particularly stark among the lower-income groups. While all income groups have experienced a decrease in real-term cash balances from the peak in 2021, the disparity is noteworthy. The wealthiest one-fifth of households still have cash savings approximately 8% above their pre-COVID levels. In stark contrast, the poorest two-fifths have witnessed an 8% decrease, and the next 40% — broadly representing the middle class — have seen their cash savings fall below pre-pandemic levels.

Right now, the gap between the wealthy and the rest of us is the greatest that it has ever been in the entire history of our nation.

The bombing of the Nord Stream gas pipelines was an “act of state terrorism” aimed at eliminating a key energy competitor of the West, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a virtual summit of G20 leaders.

Nord Stream 1 and 2 each comprised two separate pipelines, linking Russia and Germany. Three out of the four lines were destroyed in a series of explosions near the Danish island of Bornholm last September, severing Germany’s energy ties to Russia and leaving its gas-dependent economy reliant on more expensive American liquefied natural gas.

“To eliminate competitors and gain advantages, unfair methods of competition are used,” Putin said. “Not only the destruction of transport and logistics chains and international payment channels, but also acts of state terrorism.”

“A blatant example of this is the explosion of the Nord Stream gas pipeline system, laid along the bottom of the Baltic Sea,” he added.

‘Hemisphere’: Secret White House Surveillance Program Allows Cops To Spy On Trillions Of US Phone Records Without Warrants

Even Democrats are pushing back against Biden’s police state.

US Senator Ron Wyden, D-Ore., is blowing the whistle on a secretive surveillance program that permits federal, state, local and Tribal law enforcement agencies to surveil over a trillion domestic phone records annually.

On Sunday, Sen. Wyden sent a letter to the Department of Justice warning the Data Analytical Services, formerly known as Hemisphere Project, illegally authorizes government agencies to track, monitor Americans’ calls and analyze the phone records of everyday people who are not suspected of committing any crime, including victims of crimes.

The Democrat lawmaker called on Attorney General Merrick Garland to publicly disclose all documents related to the Hemisphere phone surveillance program. While the documents are not classified, the Justice Department has categorized them as “Law Enforcement Sensitive” to prevent them from being publicly released.

Hemisphere relies on chain analysis, a technique that facilitates government agencies to spy on the targeted individuals as well as anyone who has been in contact with the targeted individual without warrants.

“I have serious concerns about the legality of this surveillance program, and the materials provided by the DOJ contain troubling information that would justifiably outrage many Americans and other members of Congress,” Wyden wrote in a letter to Garland. “While I have long defended the government’s need to protect classified sources and methods, this surveillance program is not classified and its existence has already been acknowledged by the DOJ in federal court.

“The public interest in an informed debate about government surveillance outweighs the need to keep this information secret.”

Hemisphere is run in coordination with the telecom giant AT&T. AT&T captures and conducts analysis of US call records for law enforcement agencies, from local police and sheriff’s departments to US customs offices and postal inspectors across the country.

The Federal Communications Commission has voted for a Biden administration plan to promote “equity and diversity” online that some critics are calling a “takeover of the Internet.”

The FCC on Wednesday voted 3-2 for a plan that would give the federal government complete authority over the Internet.

The plan is being sold as a means to prevent digital discrimination and ensure equitable access to broadband internet in the United States. The proposal, however, grants broad access to and regulatory control over all parts of the Internet that many justifiably believe will lead to government abuse.

The FCC would have the authority to control the following aspects of each Internet Service Provider, according to the document:

“network infrastructure deployment, network reliability, network upgrades, network maintenance, customer-premises equipment, and installation”;
