Dude got blown up and dead because he was using a digital pressure gauge and it was reading bars (14.5 psi) instead of PSI.
Pressure testing a surface casing to 250 psi but they went to 250 bar. MIYP of the surface casing was 1650 psi and they went to 2500 or so.
Moral of the story: Pay attention to what you are doing. Pressure will kill you

Whatever the reason for speed, foot pedal jammed from slid floormat (had it happen, no bueno), the turn had been started, because the nose of the car had started already in anticipation of the turn, but because of the rain, rear end lost traction first, then all four tires, which got him in the new direction towards trajectory.
