maybe therapist will lead to a

dropped. Once you have therapist, you
have the patients. The patients might be
dangerous due to what therapist might be
injecting, psychologically/drugs. Getting
patients off streets and help sounds good.
And lets not forget to punish evil therapist
so harshly, the next will think twice.
