The left handed old lady on the left has a pistol and is in a room where someone could not spell the word "Health", and most likely believes Israel is the US' greatest ally and we should continue to fund both sides of the war. She just wants to get her benefits so she can take psyche drugs and eat twinkies.

The right handed woman on the right has a rifle and is standing in front of a wall with a Semetic language. She probably knows the US is funding all sides of the wars in her region and the rest of the world and wants to stop them from harming her people. She is willing to lay down her life for what she believes.
