When the Federal Reserve was formed (1913/1914), what it was (private corporation), who authorized it (congress), and what the stipulations were for the Federal Reserve (exempt from audits, does not have to pay income tax), how it was formed (the Federal Reserve Act).

Then he goes into 3 ways they steal.

(1) being that the US Treasury requests 'money' from the federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve pays the printing costs for that money to the US Treasury (no profit). The Treasury then prints X Federal Reserve Notes and gives an equivalent in X Treasury Bonds to the Federal Reserve as collateral. The Federal Reserve profits from the difference they paid vs loaned, AND the interest of the bonds, as well as the interest of the loan.

Interest can't be paid back because it was never created, it never existed. Which means more notes need to be created, which means more interest can never be repaid, which means the debt can never be repaid. Flooding of Notes creates inflation. In order to prevent hyper inflation Notes need to be removed from circulation. They do this through the IRS which is also a private corporation that collects these 'taxes' for the Federal Reserve.

Fractional-reserve lending

Loan out 10x more than in reserve. This isn't real money, just FIAT. Loaned out as credit against the Fed Bank. Have them deposit that all back into the same bank and now they have 10x the original on that balance sheet, and can lend out 10x on the 10x.

Bill Cooper was in the Air Force, then joined the Navy. He eventually found himself working on a submarine as a part of the Office of Naval Intelligence.
