these "quotes" mean you're taking someones exact words. When you quote someone and it's not those exact words, it only makes you look like a liar.

To clear things up, Trump in the video is saying that those who engage in hate-fueled attacks upon others (in this case, Jews) which result in death of the attacked, are deserving of kind reciprocation. I agree with that statement, but the quoted statement of "Death penalty for anti-semites" puts me in a very precarious position as I'm not exactly keen to be ruled by anyone, even if it is the lesser of 2 evils. Given Financial rule of Feudal rule, I'll opt for Financial, but my preference is none and that, given the world we live in, makes me an anti-semite.
