we just had a weekend of snow storms, power as well as water outages, lots of roads are cut off and it's still onging in bulgaria and Romania. (think this was on purpose, but could be wrong)
luckily i was prepared for such cases, and i implore of you who live in winterly regions to get prepared just in case because you will never know when they will weather nuke you.
get enough food, a wood and a gas oven, lots of batteries and flashlights, candles, matches, fuel, first aid stuff, powerbanks for mobile phone and also have enough water for drinking and for cooking, washing etc.
just make your own list and prepare
