Thankfully anon, we have many new bakers, which was badly needed. It is not in our interest to yell at new bakers. That is the main reason we lack having good bakers. All of us need to help new bakers learn what should be notable and what is crap. Yelling or condemning new bakers is a sure way to lose potentially good bakers.
