The phrase, "and welcomed two daughters" seems out of place. Usually it's "and gave birth to two daughters". If you adopt you welcome. If you are the genetic parents, you give birth, last I heard.
So your saying all those reports on the FBI's missing children's list is rigged by a corrupt FBI?
