The Paradigm has Shifted
The poor are now the Ultra-Poor
The upper & Lower middle Class are the new poor
& The rich are still unaffected
White people are unsafe, Insecure & in Deep Discomfort
So how to we Use these Laws to restrict those that are doing it to White people?
