so someone fill me in: why is it that one who opposes 'zionism' is said to be 'antisemitic?'

are there not Jews who do not go along with it?

I admit that 'death to . . . ' does seem rather psychopathic, so I don't agree with that sentiment.

but if zionism has parts that are bad I'd say, instead, 'reform zionism'.

but even better, since I thought zionism was just 'return to zion' I'm really not opposed to it.

I am opposed to aparthied.

so does zionism also say 'return to Zion, and set up an apartheid regime' or is that regime just a result of the sad fact of the Jews in those parts basically being under constant threat?

Muslims certainly aren't friendly to non muslims. There is always that 'say the wrong thing we'll chop your head off' bit that they do sometimes.

Or that whole 'it's all about us, ignore everything our ancestors did meanwhile we'll hold you to all the things your ancestors did to counter the psychpathy of our ancestors.

or the whole 'any place that was ever run by a Mulah will be reconguered.

So I get it, the Jews in the Levant got a bit bearish in their ways, and they decided that since they were discriminated against in all Arab (or shoudl I say 'muslim' ?) countries, that they'd have an equivalent thing for them: a nation just for Jews.

but meanwhile demand inclusion and also high status in every other nation?

so they get to have their own special palce for just them with privilege, and apartheid but then every other nation also has to let them show up for their dual citizenship and second home (just in case that who Israel apartheid thing doesn't work out).

So both sides are a bit insane is some senses

but the part that puzzles me is why do the people here equate 'anti zionism' with 'anti antisemitism'?

It's not really, is it?

mock all you want, but these issues are exploited.

I'm asking a legitimate question about why in notables we call Greta the spokesperson 'full antisemitic' because she says the revulsive thing 'Kill Zionism'?

if you don't have an answer then I really don't want to hear your mocking.

or the other one: a protesters at a holiday tree lighting were called 'terrorists'. They are jerks, and kill joys, but not terrorists.

I don't care to be mocked or called names that aren't mine so please refrain from pretending to be some one in charge.

The words that radicals use are important. If they call people something they do it because they are going to act on it.

Greta is a jerk but being against Zionism isn't really antisemitic.

She should be chanting what she did in my estimation. I find it repulsive.

and it's not about her that I'm questioning. I'm questioning the wording in the notables in these breads. Seems to be taking a side but with a hyperbolic accusation.

don't you hope he's OK and snaps out of his liberalism and find God and stops being a jerk and comes out like M Rappaport and says 'you know that Donald Trump is who I'm voting for?'
