This is from the perspective and understanding of the rulers and controllers and those that stand to benefit from the control aspects, not the one living under those systems.

Freedom cannot be legislated, freedom is un-a-lien-able and cant be taken away or controlled by the signing of a piece of any writs or paper.
The one thing about the limits of freedom is that freedom does not physically hurt people or use mechanisms to make them suffer through any type of physical harm in the long run.
Youre not free too physically hurt people, thats it.
Speech is free, even if words can and do hurt they do not cause actual physical harm.
