The only place windmill blades are useful are at the recycling plant in missouri where they burn them to make concrete.
GE signs deal to turn old ‘unrecyclable’ turbine blades into a greener form of cement
The multi-year agreement with Veolia North America will enable cement producers to reduce emissions by 27%

GE has signed a multi-year deal with Veolia North America (VNA) to recycle old wind turbine blades.
The agreement will see blades removed from GE’s US onshore turbines — due to upgrades or repowering projects — being used as a raw material for cement production.
Used blades made of composite materials have long been said to be unrecyclable and have therefore been sent to landfill — an embarrassingly non-green solution for a very green industry.
