The mind can create all sorts of characters and scenarios in dreams. Might be possible during waking time, the brain does similar things that overlap ontop of Reality.
The most edified I feel is the small things… like I helped this old guy get his wallet out of his back pants (no homo) cuz it was fat full of retirement money during checkout at the grocery store. Or helping an old lady up the stairs. Those side quests mang… once you get to the Main Boss, you gained so much XP from those side quests everything is easy now.
