OMG goes undercover in Fresno to report on Chinese funded Bio Lab

Daniel Sepulveda, US Congressional staffer to Jim Costa admits the illegal Chinese biolab poses a grave risk to public health and national security. Asked if his boss, thinks the lab endangered public safety. “Yes, he does,” Sepulveda stated into a button cameras:

"I saw they had a secret recording the Lab Owner saying he was doing it to benefit the Chinese government"

"I knew months before anybody else did"

"How many other people are creating labs within the United States?" …”There could be more”

Thanks to a volunteer citizen journalist, we were able to confront the staffer and ask some important questions. We wanted to know if there are other labs operating in the same way, and what the implications might be of China operating a bioweapons program on American soil. As you may have guessed, Sepulveda wasn’t interested in going on the record.

Letitia James’s Office Hits Back After Deutsche Bank Testimony Blows Hole in New York AG’s Case Against Trump

“A Deutsche Bank AG executive gave testimony that could bolster Donald Trump’s defense in his civil fraud trial, telling a New York judge that prospective clients can get loans even after reporting a net worth far higher than the lender’s own calculations.” Bloomberg reported.

“David Williams, who worked on at least one of three loans Deutsche Bank made to Trump in the years before he was elected president, testified Tuesday that it’s “atypical, but not entirely unusual” for the bank to cut a client’s stated asset value by 50% and approve a loan anyway, as it did with Trump,” Bloomberg reported.

Williams testified that Trump’s stated assets are merely an opinion and a difference of opinion in asset values does not disqualify the potential borrower from a loan.

“It’s just a difference of opinion,” Williams said, according to Bloomberg.

Trump’s defense attorney argued that Deutsche Bank conducted its own due diligence and made their own decision to loan Trump money.

“The bank conducted its own due diligence. The bank had no problem with a $2 billion or a $3 billion difference,” Trump’s attorney Christopher Kise said.

Kise also argued that the German bank wasn’t harmed because it “didn’t change what it did based on what President Trump submitted.”

Kevin Wallace, a lawyer from Letitia James’s office hit back at the defense lawyer.

“I think the idea that you can’t lie to a bank is pretty well established,” Wallace said.

Judge Arthur Engoron sided with the attorney in Letitia James’ office and said, “that the mere fact that lenders were happy doesn’t mean that the statute wasn’t violated.”

‘Irish Lives Matter’ graffiti investigated as hate crime – police

Local lawmakers condemned the slogan as “racist poison” and an effort to “create fear” among immigrants

Police in Northern Ireland have launched a hate crime probe after graffiti reading “Irish lives matter” was left on a wall in Belfast, a phrase thought to reflect anti-immigrant sentiment following several similar incidents in the area.

Local authorities confirmed the vandalism in west Belfast on Wednesday, with police inspector Andrew Matson saying the graffiti and other anti-immigrant signage would be treated as “hate” incidents.

“Our local Neighbourhood Policing Team have been undertaking enquiries in the area and anyone who has any information in regard to the erection of the notices is asked to contact police,” Matson said, also referring to a sign placed elsewhere in Belfast stating that “illegal immigrants” would no longer be accepted for housing.

A number of local lawmakers have come forward to denounce the graffiti and signs, with Sinn Fein MP Paul Maskey calling them “offensive” and “disgraceful.”

“It’s deeply concerning and disgraceful that these offensive and racist signs have been erected in an attempt to create fear and intimidate people,” he said, adding “There is no place for this type of behavior in our society.”

Social Democratic and Labour Party councilor Paul Doherty said he asked city officials to remove the graffiti, insisting Belfast is a “welcoming area that is home to a diverse array of people,” while People Before Profit MLA Gerry Carroll called the signs “racist poison.”

Similar anti-immigrant slogans were found on multiple signs erected in south Belfast earlier this month, which were also investigated as a “hate incident” by police. So far, authorities have not identified any suspects or organized groups behind the signage.

The investigation was launched against the backdrop of last week’s anti-migrant riot in Dublin in the Republic of Ireland. The unrest erupted after a man of Algerian origin stabbed three children and one adult outside a school. Irish police described the rioters as a mob driven by “far-right ideology.”

Irish Prime Minister Leo Varadkar urged the public not to demonize migrants, arguing that it is “totally wrong” to link migration with crime.
