Taking hostages is pure weakness, as they take those who are not directly responsible and uses them as bargaining chips with those that are directly responsible. To get to the root cause of any of these conflicts is to find those that imposed their wills beyond their boundaries against others; which again is of the same type of weakness. In the end, it turns out to be the works of the lazy and the cowardly. Find out who was lazy and a coward first, and confront them there, show the world the evidence, and the just will stand with you.
