are you currently feeling sick?
I set the plunger at about 3/8" and took it everyday for a month. I didn't have any symptoms though, and I didn't have any bad reaction. Wife anon took a lot once and got the tunnel vision. She wouldn't tell me how much she took exactly but I'm guessing it was more than 1/2 a tube.
