There is only direct threats, period, and if PDJT didn't issue any direct threats it is unconstitutional to to deny his first Amendment rights to free speech as it is part of his right to defend himself with publicly protected by his 6th Amendment right to a fair public trial. In addition to that the courts claim that if one of their officers of the court are threatened based upon a pattern by the defendant, then how can anyone assure that it is actually coming from PDJT team? They can't and they can knowingly call in their own threats to their own people as a way to quash his free speech. It is up to law enforcement to investigate either way not the privy of the court as per say due to possibility that their cronies are could be just as easily complicit. Where are the records of the threats, email - it can be traced, phone - it can be traced, letters - it can be traced.
If PDJT tells people to go home and some people go into the Capitol, that is not on Trump likewise he never told anyone to threaten anyone.
