We won’t know who Q is until the operation is complete.

We do know that Q is set to unveil their identity because of posts alluding to “waiting until you see who is posting.”

So…when do we know that the operation is complete? Most likely by the parameters set by the constitution and the republic.

Secured border.

Secured elections.

Secured (not compromised) elected officials.

Rebuilt and prepared military.

Bill of Rights reinforced and enforced.

…and so on and so forth.

Will this massive undertaking be accomplished? Sure.

In our lifetime?

Possibly.

This anon is just saying that the entirety of what is happening will most likely span two generations and will reorient the country in a direction that is at least parallel with the original intentions brought forth by the founding fathers and will persevere through the changes required to accomplish such feats.
