I met a Iman, someone who prays alot daily, he was not a meditatoe but his body was radiating the bliss of the creator purging all dark/negative influence from his life..

 

To pray achieves it, or to just meditate and not pray is the other way to achieve it.. when combining both + doing actions like picking up thrash or awakening others to the idea of spiritual liberation as the best option of self-service.. an infusion of both happens and explodes as result a shift in your state of excistance to a state of hightened life experience of constant bliss extacy and blessings returned to you.. meditation unlocks the ability to feel more and more bliss, prayer allows you to interact more and more with these divine blissfull energies and light increasing potency, its called enlightenment because you journey on a path of cultivating integration with this bliss extacy fysically experienced state of high on your own supply.. you recieve enlightening experiences when cultivating, continiously and increasingly rewarding. Its the equivalent of doing shrooms that when a community all takes the shroom theres a 100% elimination of crime or negative behavior lol, its like you eliminate through altering the state of your mind with actions bit by bit transforming you to experience just light and love, eliminating psychic illnesses and depression and also eventually all fysical illnesses.. while outpreforming all drugs at one point just by a minute of meditation you can have that much bliss extacy so easiley and at the same time awaken anyone who interacts with the bliss you carry..

 

You that are in denial of spirituality just know this, pray to win is ok but to really achieve a state of bliss try meditation too. Qresearch have so many army grunts in denial lol, wake up already.
