Yea & lost weight, but like all diets have 'issues'

 

Suggest Step #1 is to understand human meatsack. It runs on "glucose" as a store of energy. "Glucose" comes from 3 sources. "sugar" = fast burn, fast energy hit (think can soda) "carbs" = slow & fast burn types but not long lasting "protein" = slow burn but long lasting

 

"keto" = basically protein only diet but like switching from "petrol" to "lpg" = get bad breathe, litterally as caused by ketosis. Not a prob unless kiss someone. Can loose 2kg/week if do it correctly.

 

Can I suggest my "Island Diet". Island is small & only in your head. No room for a "packet factory", sugar cane, wheat or grain (so limited availability ;-) ) Have to live out of (YOUR) greenhouse, fish, eggs, veges, pork? lamb? beef? mung beans? goat? roo? & LOTS of boiled (to get jet fuel out) carbon filtered (to get frogs & koala sh!t & organics out) RAIN WATER to help flush your 80% h2o meatsack. and Lotsa good coffee (it's a diuretic that helps clear toxins from meatsack)
