But if we are to assume that MSM reporting is fairly accurate, an assumption that must be approached with the utmost caution these days, then anon has to ask where will he strike next? If he follows the pattern of moving from city to city, and maintains a pattern of crossing state lines with similar time and distance spacing, a list of possible next large cities to receive a visit might include Phoenix or Salt Lake City.
But maybe the real goal here is to get homeless people to gather more and more into larger groups for supposed reasons of personal safety. Maybe the strategy works backwards in this way. By getting them together in large groups then any crimes perpetrated by homeless people will have a higher probability of having an eyewitness to that crime. A condition making it less likely that homeless would be inclined to commit those crimes in the first place.
