Wrong, reread what I just wrote. it is about the counters not the voters. I was given a slightly smaller ballot that the voting machine was programmed to not accept it after 1 minute. I knew it instinctively and why I waited. Paper can be compromised to, and that is just one example.
What I propose here is just about perfect in tamper proofing. There is much much more than than what I showed or discussed here as far as security goes.
