He announces on the Senate Floor that he and THE administration have invited Ukraine's Zelensky to address in a secured speech outlining exactly what and why he needs help to hold off Putin becauseOUR(Yes, the USA's) national security is on the line and he doesn't want the vote to provide that help to Ukraine tied up with our southern border. (the hell with closing our borders)
