Federal case of sexual exploitation of a child against Rapid City woman
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Rapid City woman is accused of sexually exploiting a child in her care.
Court documents say 29-year-old Krystal Bulin knowingly allowed a minor to be involved in child pornography in May. Around that same time, Bulin is also accused of distributing child pornography.
Bulin’s case is being handled in federal court.

I think maybe she was trying to get child traffickers and pedos to respond to her websites.
Whatever she's talking about sounds like a scam, and I can only think she was looking for someone to trade cp with on any of the websites she was trying to con people into going to and contacting her through.
