If u are a childhood trauma survivor and we’re diagnosed with PTSD, but you can’t seem to heal or get past a certain barrier, and know life should be a lot better for you but can’t figure out how bc of your “short comings” or maybe “not good enough” or whatever, look into Pete Walker’s “Complex PTSD: From Surviving To Thriving.”

I couldn’t get ahead because my mind has been fragmented and I spent years going through life in a dissociative regression. (Regression is when a flashback lasts longer than a few days.) holy fuck. I’ve posted this during DS and NS because if u are a child trauma survivor and are struggling, this book is YUGE! They say most disorders can be traced back to cptsd.. like a phone book thick list of diagnoses can be cut back to a pamphlet bc most is cptsd. They say even autism is sometimes misdiagnosed n really they have cptsd.

I have said that I can’t bake because I will get up n forget I was baking and I’d go walk my dog or see something n go on a dog. I was tested for ADD n ADHD but had neither. This shit is from the dissociative disorder. I have to integrate the pieces now, which is what these mk ultra SRA survivors go thru too. Fucking amazing. It can be mild to severe. Anon has most severe, kek. You know the thing .. you know how we do.

Anyway, I’ll go kmsf for too much text. I think veterans can get complex ptsd too but mainly has to do with childhood trauma but worth checking out just in case it fits.

For those trying to reintegrate from mk ultra dissociation or dealing with suicidal depression or struggle w suicidal thoughts etc look into that book too but also look into Kathy Steele (on YouTube type Kathy Steele trauma). God Bless you.
