My guess is - given the nature of the problem - is that it would be determined by a DNA test rather than a visual examination. At least for collegiate level and above, and where questioned at HS and lower levels.
They require drug tests on athletes, so adding on a DNA test likely would not be a big stretch.
DNA test would be preferred, especially in cases where gender reassignment surgery has already taken place.
If you have a Y chromosome, you don't get to compete against athletes with 2 x's.
It may have not been "THE STORM" but getting McCarthy out as speaker certainly seems to be a good fore-shock which will hopefully lead up to "THE BIG ONE!"
