If only federal judges would be so bold!

 

Note: they had to bring in a retired judge to decide this, as four other judges recused themselves because of personal friendships with one of the parties.

Typical lib over-reaction.

 

My guess is - given the nature of the problem - is that it would be determined by a DNA test rather than a visual examination. At least for collegiate level and above, and where questioned at HS and lower levels.

 

They require drug tests on athletes, so adding on a DNA test likely would not be a big stretch.

DNA test would be preferred, especially in cases where gender reassignment surgery has already taken place.

 

If you have a Y chromosome, you don't get to compete against athletes with 2 x's.
