Jesus needed to be baptized by John to fulfill all righteousness, there is a reason for it. He never said WE had to be baptized though. That's simply a ritual many believe in due to not understanding, you absolutely do not have to be baptized though. It's just symbolic.
Remember, among those born to women none have arisen greater than John the Baptist, but even the least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.
In Spirit, not in water. What you call baptism is simply a symbolic ritual.
No Jesus never said we must be baptized in water. Don't assume I don't know scripture because I disagree with what you think He said.
