Sabotage relief efforts.

Poison food supplies.

Spread gossip to undermine the reputations of political rivals.

Bonus! Refugee populations can be used to incubate disease!

There's probably multiple meanings.

I think one relates to our DNA, in the context of humanity having been repressed by the cult for a long time. Poisoning our water, our food, our minds. Epigenetics says different genes can be expressed under different environmental conditions. So if we get rid of the deathcult that deliberately creates bad conditions, we can all get an epigenetic upgrade and express different genes.

I think this would lead to a greater level of awakening (enlightenment), where we can think more clearly and experience a better life here on earth. A dramatic elevation in frequency after removing the bad influences → ascension.
