If true…Doubt RUS would want them if RUS decides to take all UKR. Have heard RUS really does not want to take all of UKR cuz they might have an endless guerrilla war /rebellion. Makes better sense to make UKR an independent vassal where those in charge (oligarchs) get to keep control.
