The court cannot sue on behalf of the banks nor the people of NYS period. Both have no standing. The People of NYS are not party to a private bank transaction and the courts can't sue on their behalf especially if the banks aren't contending anything. It is extortion and repeated fraud due to the judge attacking his family.
The backing comes with payback multiple times greater than the sum given. The only way to resolve this, is by creating free venues that all candidates can participate in with equal time.
