Cessna 172 G-ECGC acting a little oddly over London.

It is not normal for a light single prop plane to fly this sort of pattern.

Plane departed Peterborough north of London flew orbits over Sandy in Bedfordshire before heading south to London.

Plane has flown multiple orbits over Enfield & Tottenham area of north london before heading south of the river.

More orbits over Plumstead & Thamesmead area then Sidcup, Bromley, Croydon.

All the orbits are centered over schools and or hospitals.

Currently checking out areas W of Kenley.

Cessna 172 flying search orbits over various London locations landed at Biggin Hill airport.

It is unusual for a light single engine plane to be flying this sort of pattern under the approach routes into Heathrow.

The various orbits seem to be over schools and hospitals.
