My undersrtanding is that the law suit was brought by Moore, a billionaire, because the govt was already taxing some kind of unrealized gain. Every article I've read about Moore vs USA, save for this one paints it as doom for the IRS, not the citizens. Interesting that this is coming from Schiff.
