Tis bullshit what has happened to this country. The states lost their house (the senate) ruining federalism. The states were supposed to be equal to the people as the founders knew they would viciously defend their inherent powers. All bodies seek and defend power. The states gave theirs away and now the federal government has gone from taking inches from the states to taking marathons.
I am absolutely rage mode over the constitution being flipped on its head and it now requiring 2/3 of each house to stop something from becoming rule/law
