yes, well lets focas on this part when the story has much more in it.
Like for starters. noone would trust anyone, and this is showing the division that is there. In the story the main things that stood out were.
Noone is in control, (insert hint here that something bigger than cabal has it's pull) so having forth knowledge is good) this is why there are messages in your money/tv shows/and watever they can send hints thru.
(The countries that whoever was going to hit quickly, my guess here) or so it seemed had dropped little flyers saying "death to america" starting with misinformation. asian/muslim on flyers, russia was assumed.
