From what was posted in the last bread, that GEMSTONE file he had (and had his attorney's looking at it for quite some time) seemed to CLEARLY IMPLICATE GHWB for his father's murder.
The way I look at it, that would put JFK JR in the "driver's seat" in terms of calling the shots. And yeah, no guarantee's to cabal about future plans but it's not like they had any choice but to COMPLY.
