Thus I just looked what "tunguskamoon" is pointing to,

You can't actually tell WHERE the R post was submitted
unless you have the full IP of the original poster,
which would indicate the REGION of the world where the poster
accessed the internet – unless he was going via VPN
(then you can't tell at all).
All we know is what time zone Blubber's device is in
due to the screenshot he provided.
If you'd post a screenshot of the original R post from your device,
then we would also know what time zone you are in
(unless you went through some effort to manipulate your device).
