I have an ex-CIA person along with an ex-marine medic (diagnosed psychopath) who are directly involved in stalking and torturing me. When is my government going to end this Targeted Individual Program (illegal and unethical human experimentation, MKULTRA on steroids)? And TIs are not weak.There are a good many Americans who would not have endured this hell for as long. And maybe the gathering of our data is offshore but the stalking, torture, and smear campaigns (fabricated bullshit) are local.

How many lives are going to be destroyed and snuffed out before these local criminals are brought to justice. And before you ask the local law enforcement are useless and so are the FBI. I've been to both. The FBI agent even said there were other complaints in my area of the same nature but that the FBI could not do anything. I'm angry and frustrated because even with a college degree they've convinced those around me that I'm "crazy " (even when I can show them proof they won't listen). I'm tired of praying and trying to be positive. I'm tired of being railroaded. These people are way sicker than you could ever imagine.
