look up the 2 cup method for manifestation..
pour water into cup 1, leave cup 2 empty
label thus or similarly:
cup 1: oppression by cabal, nwo, etc
cup 2: wwg1wga, freedom from cabal, etc
creatively visualize/pray/meditate for 10 seconds - 10 minutes
pour water from cup 1 into cup 2 and drink water
do this as often as possible
(works with anything)
